    As soon as your store goes live, customers can order your products. Once you receive the order, pack the product and Purely Natural's shipping will pick the order and ship it from your place. We'll notify you when customers place an order. Fulfill the order on promised time is very important.

    In 7-15 days, the payment will be forwarded to the seller excluding the commission and other fees.

Anyone selling new and genuine products is welcome. In order to start selling, you need to have the following:
  • PAN Card (Personal PAN for business type “Proprietorship” and Personal + Business PAN for business type as “Company”)
  • GSTIN/TIN Number (not mandatory for few categories)
  • Bank account and supporting KYC documents (Address Proof, and Cancelled cheque)
  • Minimum of 1 unique products to sell
  • TAN number
  1. One has to fill the Sell With Us form. If the proposal is accepted by Purely Natural, then you can begin selling.
  2. The seller should be registered either as a Private limited Company, Sole Proprietorship, Limited Liability Partnership or Partnership.
  3. Your TIN (Taxpayer Identification Number).
  4. PAN card details of the business entity.
  5. Current Account with Bank’s name and branch.
  6. Name of Account Holder.
  7. Account Number.
  8. IFS Code.
  9. TAN number.
With a quick registration of your entity, it’s just a matter of a few days and you will be ready to roll out your products on Purely Natural. Next, you must provide all the details of the products that are to be listed on Purely Natural website. Once your products match the Purely Natural’s approval criteria you can start listing your products. Finally, you can start selling your products on Purely Natural. As soon as your store goes live, customers will be able to surf through your products.
No, all you need to do is pack the product and keep it ready for dispatch,Our logistics partner will pick up the product from you and deliver it to the customer.

No. Listing of products on is absolutely free. Purely Natural does not charge anything for listing your catalogue online. You only pay a small commission for what you sell.
The payment will be made directly to your bank account through NEFT transactions. Purely Natural will settle your payments within 7-15 business days based on your seller tier.
After all the required documents have been verified and your seller profile is complete, you can start listing your products and start selling.
You are required to have a minimum of 1 listing(unique products) to start selling on Purely Natural.

Through our seller dashboard, we make it really easy for you to manage your orders. Whenever a customer places an order, we send you an email alert. You need to pack the order and keep it ready for dispatch within the time frame provided by you and inform us through the seller portal. Then logistic will deliver it to the customer in the mentioned time period.
As of now, we are not providing any material to the sellers and they have to do the packaging of the product on their own.

Our decision to discount products is made internally and based on a number of strategic considerations which can vary over time. As it stands now, we offer discounts on selected titles. However we cannot confirm when, if ever, a title will be discounted or how long a title once discounted will remain so.
